Margy May Lennox

Margy May Lennox, 87 of Litchfield, formerly of Watkins and Kimball, passed away on June 6, 2018 at the Meeker Manor in Litchfield. Memorial services will be held at 1:00 pm on Monday, June 11, 2018 at the Johnson-Hagglund Funeral Chapel in Litchfield. Interment will be in the North Kingston Cemetery. Roger Klinghagen will officiate. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service. Arrangements are by the Ertl Funeral Home, Watkins. Margy May Lennox was born on May 22, 1931 in Forest City, Minnesota. She was the daughter of Arthur and Elsie (Ross) Rohrbeck. Margy attended School District 67 in rural Meeker County. On October 3, 1947, she was united in marriage to Floyd “Doc” Lennox at St. Matthews Church in Forest City. They farmed near Kimball for many years. Margy was a homemaker and farmer’s wife. She enjoyed garage sales, casinos and visiting with friends and family. Her husband, Doc, passed away in 1986 and Margy moved to Watkins until her health failed and she became a resident at the Meeker Manor in Litchfield. Margy is survived by her children, Gary (LouAnn) Lennox of Rice Lake, WI, Jim (Carol) Lennox of Kimball, Pat (Larry) Brouwer of Kandiyohi; 7 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren and 8 great great grandchildren; Sisters, Betty, Wanda, Janette and Cecile. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; daughter, Lacinda Mahn; brothers, Richard, Dudley and Earl; sisters, Irene, Ollie and Vivian.
