Jarvis Peipus

Jarvis Peipus, age 74, of Litchfield, died on Saturday, February 28, 2009 at the Emmanuel Home in Litchfield. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, March 4, 2009 at 3:00 PM at Augustana Memorial Chapel with Chaplin Roger Klinghagen officiating. Visitation will be held from 1:00 - 3:00 PM at Augustana Memorial Chapel. Interment will be held in Ripley Cemetery, Litchfield, MN. Jarvis Piepus, the son of Max and Katie Peipus, was born on April 19, 1934 in Litchfield, MN. He received his education in Litchfield, MN and was a spinner at the Woolen Mills in Litchfield. He enjoyed fishing, watching the Minnesota Vikings and spending time with his grandchildren. Jarvis is survived by his children David and Brenda Peipus of Aurora, MN and Katie Peipus of Willmar; 3 grandchildren Ken, Angela and Chrystal; 3 great grandchildren; brothers Delose Peipus of St. Cloud and Roy Peipus of Litchfield. He was preceded in death by his parents, one son; 3 brothers; and 1 sister.
