John L. Walters

John L. Walters passed away on October 1, 2026 at his home.

He was born on May 29, 1951, to Norbert and Lucetta Walters. He was the fourth of eight children.

John cherished the simple things in life, especially spending time with his family. He also enjoyed golfing and fishing and made many special memories with those he loved.

John was a loving father to his two sons, Andrew and Nicolas, and a proud grandfather to his grandson, Tyler.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Norbert and Lucetta Walters; sisters, Maxine, Doreen, Debra, and Mary; and brothers, Richard and Donald.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, October 5, 2026, at St. Anthony Catholic Church, 170 Meeker Ave. S., Watkins, Minnesota. Burial will follow at St. Anthony Cemetery in Watkins.
