Kenneth C. Schreiner, age 91 of Watkins, MN died on July 29, 2026 at his home. A visitation will be held from 1:00 - 3:00 PM on Friday August 14, 2026 at Ertl Funeral Home in Watkins, MN. Interment will be held in the St. Anthony Catholic Cemetery in Watkins, MN.

Kenneth Chris Schreiner, the son of Nick and Mary (Klein) Schreiner was born on February 1, 1935 in Stearns County. He enjoyed going to Lynn's for lunch and playing solo with his siblings and even at age 90 he walked uptown for his groceries. He had a love for polka music and enjoyed taking trips to the casino.

Kenneth is survived by his brothers and sisters Jeanette Smoley, David Schreiner, Harry and Ardis Schreiner, Charlotte and Ken Vossen; and many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents Nick and Mary Schreiner; brothers and sisters and their spouses Ray and Arlene Huschle, Eugene and Millie Schreiner, Carol Fuchs and Jim Fuchs and LeRoy Smoley; nieces and nephews Debbie Smoley, James Smoley and Dale Vossen.
