Lynnay Nyhammer, age 55, of South Haven, died on Sunday, June 16, 2019 at North Memorial Hospital in Robbinsdale, MN. A memorial service will be held at 1:00 PM on Saturday June 22, 2019 at the Johnson-Hagglund Funeral and Cremation Service in Litchfield, MN. Visitation will be held from 4:00 - 8:00 PM on Friday, June 21, 2019 at Johnson-Hagglund Funeral and Cremation Service and will continue one hour prior to the service.
