Mary K. Kielty

Mary Kathryn Kielty, 74, of Watkins, MN, passed away peacefully from dementia and Parkinson’s disease on Sunday, December 11, 2022, at Hilltop Health Care surrounded by loving family.  A family service will be held at a later date and interment will be held at St. Anthony Catholic Cemetery in Watkins, MN.

Mary was born in Watkins on November 4, 1948, to Denby and Adeline “Pat” (Ludwig) Kielty.  She graduated from St. Boniface High School in Cold Spring, MN in 1966. 

She lived and worked in Minneapolis for 40 years before retiring and moving back to Watkins.  Mary enjoyed reading, taking cruises with friends, and doing crossword puzzles.  She was a member of St. Anthony Catholic Church and was active in CCW.

Mary is survived by her siblings Ron (Judie) Kielty, Maple Grove, MN, Dave (Bev) Kielty, Brooklyn Park, MN, Joe Kielty, Watkins, MN and Dale Kielty, Watkins, MN.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

The family wishes to extend their deepest gratitude to the Hilltop Health Care staff for their compassionate care.

Memorials can be made in Mary’s name to the Parkinson’s Foundation or the Alzheimer’s Foundation.
