Mary "Nettie" A. Bridge

Mary A. Bridge, “Nettie” age 73 of Litchfield, MN died on Sunday April 27, 2025, at the Meeker Memorial Hospital in Litchfield, MN. A visitation will be held from 5:00 - 8:00 PM on Wednesday May 7, 2025, at Johnson Hagglund Funeral and Cremation.

Mary Annette Bridge, the daughter of William J. and Yolanda (Bernardi) Butenas was born on July 20, 1951, in Streator, IL. Nettie graduated from Waterman High School in 1969 and was united in marriage to Kerry Bridge on September 5, 1970, at St. Paul’s Catholic Church in Sandwich, IL. She grew up showing and barrel racing horses. She loved to be outside planting flowers, picking weeds and mowing lawn. She enjoyed watching movies and made the best fried fish, sour cream cookies and the sweetest coffee.

Nettie is survived by her husband Kerry of Litchfield, MN; children Tina (Michael) Wicker of Kaukauna, WI and Keno Bridge of Paynesville, MN; grandchildren Dakota (Ashley), Dallas, Cheyenne, Belle, Grady, Cora and Katie; great grandchildren Jimmy, Jase, Orrie and Jaxon; a brother Rudy (Adele) Butenas of Perham, MN; and many nieces, nephews and cousins.

She was preceded in death by her parents.
