Phyllis J. Dilley, age 79, died on Monday May 11, 2026 at Bethesda Living in Willmar, MN. A memorial service will be held at 11:00 AM on Thursday May 14, 2026 at Trinity Lutheran Church in Grove City, MN. A visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at church. Interment will be held at Immanuel Lutheran Cemetery, Grove City, MN.
