Ronald Jerome Drange

Ronald Jerome Drange age 96 of Litchfield, MN died on November 11, 2025 at the St. Cloud Hospital. A funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM on Tuesday, November 18, 2025 at the Trinity Lutheran Church in Grove City. A visitation will be held one hour prior to service at church. Interment will be in First Lutheran Cemetery, Grove City, MN.

Ronald Jerome Drange, the son of Adolph and Esther (Johnson) Drange was born on November 14, 1928 in Litchfield, MN and he received his education in Grove City at School District 40. He was united in marriage to Ella Stenberg on October 21, 1972 at the First Baptist Church in Grove City. He was a member of First Lutheran Church and Trinity Lutheran Church, the Swede Grove Township Board and the First Lutheran Church Cemetery Board. He farmed the land that he grew up on in Swede Grove Township and later worked at the Carlson Meat Market in Grove City. He also painted homes and buildings with his stepson Terry. Ronald had a great memory and he enjoyed gardening, visiting, farming, hunting with his cousins and talking about the local area history.

Ronald is survived by his sister-in-law Joyce Drange of Grove City; nephews Kenny (Nancy) Drange of Grove City, Randy Drange of Grove City, Ralph (Theresa) Drange of Grove City, Kevin (Melissa) Drange of Grove City and Kraig Drange of Fairbanks, Alaska; stepson Terry Stenberg of Litchfield, MN; stepdaughter Lanette (Charlie) Holmquist of Grove City and many other nieces and nephews. 

He was preceded in death by his parents Adolph and Esther, wife Ella; and brother Gerald.
