Ruth E. Hoien, age 92 previously of Litchfield, MN died on Friday July 31, 2026 at her home in Annandale, MN. A memorial service will be held at 1:00 PM on Friday August 7, 2026 at Zion Lutheran Church in Litchfield, MN. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at church. Interment will be held in Ripley Cemetery, Litchfield, MN.
