Susan 'Susie' Geislinger

Susan ‘Susie’ E. Geislinger, age 69 of Cold Spring, MN formerly of Watkins, MN passed away unexpectedly at her home on Tuesday November 3, 2026. A private family service will be held and a public celebration of life will be held on Monday November 16, 2026 from 4-7 PM at The Red Goat in Watkins. All are welcome.

Susan Elizabeth Geislinger, the daughter of Floyd and Cecelia (Fink) Becker was born on April 15, 1957 in St. Cloud, MN. She graduated from Eden Valley Watkins High School and was married to Jeff Geislinger for over 40 years. In 1993, Susie and Jeff welcomed a daughter, Megan, to the world.

Susie will forever be remembered for her kindness, warmth, generosity, and great sense of humor. She had a natural gift for connecting with people and making them feel comfortable, welcomed, and valued. Susie was a member of the Church of St. Anthony and an active volunteer at Place of Hope Ministries in St. Cloud. She appreciated a good cup of coffee and could always be counted on to find the fun, even in the most ordinary moments. She had many hobbies: reading, shopping, golfing with friends, and spending time in Cape Coral, Florida boating and watching for dolphins. But above all else, Susie loved and cherished being with her family–especially being the best “Nan” to her three grandchildren, who were her absolute world.

Susie is survived by her husband Jeff Geislinger of Watkins, MN; daughter Megan (Ryan) Tri of Watkins, MN; grandchildren Brexton, Axel and Zola; sisters Molly Becker of Watkins, MN, Carol Lieder of Cold Spring, MN and Petey (John) Boeckmann of Watkins, MN; brother-in-law Dean Pearson; and a sister-in-law Katie Becker. As well as many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents Floyd and Cecelia; brothers Charlie and Paul; sister Jeanne; and a brother-in-law Larry Lieder.
