Tasha Lee Anderson

Tasha L. Anderson, age 52, of Maplewood died on Wednesday, September 19, 2018 at St. Joseph’s Hospital in St. Paul. Family and friends may gather for a visitation from 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM on Wednesday, September 26, 2018 and a Celebration of Life service at 7:30 PM at Johnson-Hagglund Funeral and Cremation Service in Litchfield. Tasha Lee Anderson, the daughter of Don and Diane Dougherty and Gregg Anderson, was born on June 2, 1966 in Litchfield. She grew up in Litchfield and graduated from Litchfield High School in 1984. Tasha worked as a manager at the Litchfield McDonalds for several years before moving to Maplewood. While living in Maplewood she worked as a document recorder for Key Title and then Trademark Title. She was married to Ruth Moris in June of 2003 in Mahtomedi, MN. Tasha was a caring person and always had an open door for those in need. She enjoyed camping, gardening, watching movies and her work at the title company. Tasha loved spending time with her family, friends and her animals. She had a special fondness for Hannah, a rescued German Shepard. She is survived by her partner Ruth Moris of Maplewood; children Ashlee Vo of Hutchinson, Hung Vo of Little Canada, Greg Moris of Maplewood, Scott Moris (and fiancée Celsy Churchill) of Maplewood; grandchildren Aaden Vo, Adalynn Stacey, Paxton Moris and Payton Moris. She is also survived by her siblings, Todd Anderson of Duluth, Tammy (and Russell) Rueckert of Litchfield, Taree Walrod of Cannon Falls, and Tregg Bjorklund of Minneapolis. She was preceded in death by her parents Don and Diane Dougherty and Gregg Anderson and a brother-in-law David Walrod.
