Timothy M. Tanchin

Timothy M. Tanchin, age 58, of Hutchinson, MN, died on May 9, 2017 at the Dassel Lakeview Ranch. A funeral service will be held at 10:30 AM on Friday, May 12, 2017 at the Johnson-Hagglund Funeral Home in Litchfield, MN with visitation one hour prior to the service. Interment will be held at Hillside Cemetery in Minneapolis, MN at 2:00 PM. Military Honors will be provided by the Litchfield Military Honor Guard. Timothy Mark Tanchin, the son of Wallace and Darlene (Johnson) Tanchin was born on March 17, 1959 in Minneapolis, MN. Throughout his life he lived in Minneapolis, Stewart, Coon Rapids and Hutchinson. He served in the US Army and attended the New Journey United Church of Christ in Hutchinson and was active in the D.F.L. He is survived by his wife Patricia of Hutchinson, MN; children Nicholas Shaul of Hutchinson, MN, Jessie Shaul of Las Vegas, NV and Josette (Patrick) Kaer of Missouri; four grandchildren Kaili Shaul, James and Jonathon Dukas and Fred Kaer; brothers Leonard of Minneapolis and Trent of Georgia; sisters Ronda (John) Adams of Wayzata, MN and Fawn Osby of Powder Springs, GA.
